Spin a Superhero Rebirth Guide

Wipe on purpose — not because the Rebirth button is glowing.

Rebirth Walkthrough

Rebirth is the prestige button on the left sidebar, sitting under Store. Chill Games lists it in the official how-to: rebirth for various benefits. Those benefits are why late Dice, extra floors, and systems like Fuse exist. They are also why impatient players delete a working plot and then complain that Spin a Superhero is pay-to-win.

This guide tells you when a wipe is a win. Use the rebirth checklist as the short version.

What rebirth is for

A rebirth spends your current comfort — pads of mid-tier heroes, a Coin pile, maybe a favourite Epic — for a permanent or semi-permanent boost: multipliers, unlocked shop rows, more floors, or Dice that were gated. The exact per-rebirth table lives in the Rebirth modal in-game and can change after a shutdown. We will not invent a fake +12% per level. We will tell you how to read that modal.

Open Rebirth. Read the you lose column and the you gain column. If the gain does not unlock a Dice tier, a floor, or a multiplier that beats your current Coins per second inside a reasonable recoup time, close the modal.

When to rebirth

Rebirth when all of these are true:

  1. Every pad is filled with the best units you can currently roll.
  2. Extra Coins no longer buy a Dice upgrade that changes outcomes.
  3. The Rebirth modal unlocks something you will actually use this week (a floor, Diamond/Heaven/Devil/Phantom row, Fuse, Trading).
  4. You have claimed codes, Quests, and Rewards so you are not wiping unclaimed currency.
  5. You have sold or Traded units that will not carry (if the wipe deletes plot units).

Skip rebirth when pads are empty, when you just rolled an Apex/Sacred you have not placed, or when you are about to log off — recoup time should start while you are awake enough to refill pads.

Rebirth 28 and Phantom Dice

Coverage around launch described Phantom Dice unlocking after Rebirth 28 for about 99 Robux, with a Sacred-or-higher floor. That single fact is the long-term rebirth north star for spenders. Free-to-play players can still rebirth for floors and multipliers; they just should not plan their identity around Phantom week one.

If your live modal shows a different number, believe the modal. The wiki’s job is to warn you that a high Rebirth gate exists so you do not treat rebirth 3 as the endgame.

What you should do the minute after a wipe

  1. Buy the cheapest Dice and fill pads immediately. Offline income starts at zero on an empty floor.
  2. Spend leftover Gems only on Luck/Dice if the recoup is slow.
  3. Re-equip Pets. Luck Pets that survived the wipe are your recovery tool — see Pets and Luck.
  4. Do not Fuse until the plot is stable again. Fuse is a luxury of surplus, explained on Fuse.
  5. Check Store for Dice rows that just unlocked. Follow the dice guide.

Rebirth versus floors

Extra floors are usually rebirth-gated. Floor 3 even got its own code. More floors mean more pads, which means more offline Coins, which means faster future rebirths. That loop is the real skill tree. Read floors so you do not rebirth past a floor unlock you did not notice in the modal.

Trading and rebirth

If Trading is unlocked, move keepers you cannot afford to lose before you prestige, assuming the wipe clears the plot. A Trade to an alt or a trusted friend is only as safe as Roblox Trading rules and your trust. This wiki will not tell you to break TOS. It will tell you not to vendor a Sacred because you clicked Rebirth while excited.

Common rebirth mistakes

  • Prestiging to “feel progress” after ten minutes.
  • Ignoring the loss column.
  • Wiping with LUCK2 still unused.
  • Wiping with Heaven/Devil Dice unopened.
  • Chasing Rebirth 28 with Robux rebirth skips you do not understand.
  • Forgetting Friend Boost: a party makes recoup faster, so rebirth when friends are online if you can.

Loop refresh: how to play. Spend after unlocks: dice tier list. Keepers to protect: hero tier list and best heroes. Patch that added Fuse/Trading: updates.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, dice, rebirths, and plot income.

Does rebirth delete my heroes?

Read the in-game Rebirth modal. Most tycoons wipe plot units. Assume loss, Trade or sell what will not carry, then prestige.

When is the first rebirth worth it?

When pads are full and Coins no longer buy better Dice. If the modal unlocks a floor or a new Dice row, that is a real first prestige.

Should I rush Rebirth 28 for Phantom Dice?

Only if you will actually buy or grind Phantom. The lock is a long-term goal, not a day-one route. See the dice guide.

Can I rebirth on mobile safely?

Yes, but mis-taps happen. Read both columns, close Store first, and do not prestige with unopened high Dice in the bag.
