Floors Guide

Floors are how Spin a Superhero grows a plot without inventing a second gacha. The FLOOR3 code paid 250 Gems, which is as official as a patch note gets when Chill Games has no public Trello. More floors mean more numbered pads, and more pads mean more Coins while you are offline. That is the entire argument for caring about vertical progress.

Read this with rebirth because floors are usually prestige-gated, and with how to play because empty new pads are a trap.

Why Floor 3 is not flavour

Launch plots start small. You can see numbered pads along the green floor in Store screenshots. When Floor 3 shipped, it was important enough to name a code after it. Treat each new floor as a Coin multiplier you must staff, not as a skyline cosmetic.

A new floor with zero units is a renovation you have not finished. Fill it with whatever you can spin the same session you unlock it. Regular Dice are acceptable for brand-new pads. Golden Dice can wait until the new floor is no longer a hole.

Staffing a new floor

Priority:

  1. Move your worst old-floor units upstairs only if that creates a hole downstairs — it should not. Add new rolls instead.
  2. Dump cheap Dice until every new pad has a body.
  3. Then swap upgrades using the hero tier list.
  4. Then think about Fuse. Never Fuse to “celebrate” a floor unlock while pads are empty.

Offline income is the reason to play this genre. Floor 3 that you unlock at midnight and ignore until the weekend is a gift you refused.

Floors versus Dice quality

A player with two full floors of Commons will often out-earn a player with one floor of mid rares who left the new floor locked. Density first, glamour second. When both are full, spend on dice to raise average rarity per pad.

Phantom Dice and Sacred 1-in-500K units belong on your best pads, usually the ones you see first when you spawn, only after every pad exists. Do not park a Sacred on floor 1 and leave floor 3 vacant.

New floors add vertical travel. On mobile, pinch out so you can tap upstairs pads. On console, slow the cursor. The Store modal blocks pad clicks — close it. If you cannot find a pad, you probably still have Codes or Rebirth open.

Friend Boost applies to plot income, not to a specific floor. A full tower plus friends in the eight-player server is the AFK dream. Invite after the pads are staffed.

Unlock route

Typical path:

  • Fill floor 1 using Getting Started
  • Rebirth when Coins stall
  • Unlock the next floor from the Rebirth or plot shop row
  • Staff immediately
  • Repeat toward Floor 3 and whatever comes after the next shutdown

Watch updates and Floor 3 notes for the next numbered floor. If a future FLOOR4 code appears, this page’s advice does not change: staff it the same hour.

Floors, Fuse, Trading

More pads create more duplicates, which feeds Fuse and Trading. That is intentional. A three-floor plot is a factory. A one-floor plot is a display case. Play the factory unless you are a collector who accepted slower Coins.

Codes that paid for the patch: FLOOR3. Prestige: rebirth checklist. Keepers to put on new pads: best heroes. Luck to fill them faster: Pets and Luck.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, dice, rebirths, and plot income.

Does Floor 3 exist in Spin a Superhero?

Yes. Chill Games shipped a FLOOR3 code for 250 Gems. Extra floors add pads for more offline Coins.

Should I unlock a floor if I cannot fill it?

Unlock it, then fill it with cheap Dice the same session. An unlocked empty floor is wasted progress.

Do new floors change Dice odds?

No. Odds live in Dice, Pets, and potions. Floors only multiply how many units can earn.

Where do I put Sacred units?

On a pad — any pad — as long as no floor is left empty. Then swap them onto your most visible or highest-yield slots.
